CONNECT
First we meet with you to listen and learn about your needs and goals, depending on the project. If needed, we'll have you fill out a quick survey about your project for additional information.
RESEARCH
Based on the information you provide we research your Markey, audience and competitors. This may take up to 2-3 days based on the project type.
DESIGN
With your information and our research we get to work on the design for your project. We can create up to 2 concepts, upon request. Restrictions apply on certain projects.
PROOFS
The first draft of your project is delivered via email for proofing. This will allow you to review our recommended concept based on your information and research. Includes up to 3 revisions per design.
DELIVERY
Once we are given the OK TO PRINT, we get all of your files included in your service ready for delivery via email. These files are delivered within 24hrs after final payment.
DESIGN JOURNEY
Our designers are ready to guide you through a stress-free design journey. We offer a variety of graphic design services for you and your business.
We offer discounted design rates for all of our print and sign products. In order to obtain the discounted design rates you must purchase a print or sign product and make sure to add the desired design option.

Hourly Fee
An hourly fee of $95 is applied to any project after the third revision.
Updates/Changes
Starting at $45 per design. Design must be an existing design created under CesarGraphics. Price is subject to change without notice.
Copyright
It's the client's responsibility to copyright and/or seek trademark for any designs and/or logos.
LOGO DESIGN
Logos represent your business, brand and image. Let us help you create a logo the public can easily relate to and creates an impact among your competitors.
We offer two packages to choose from. You may let us help you build your brand or you may choose to build your own with a professionally designed logo.
To obtain any editable file of any project created under CesarGraphics is subject to a release fee in the amount of $275 per design or file plus tax.
The release fee must be paid in full before receiving any files. Once the fee is paid in full the file will be delivered via email or the client may provide a USB drive to download file.
CesarGraphics is not responsible for any damages, errors, missing links or fonts, or unavailability to open files once they leave the system.
CesarGraphics reserved the right to not provide original purchased fonts, stock images, or links that belong to CesarGraphics. Client must purchase those items separately at an additional fee.
