Terms & Conditions
By entering into a project with CesarGraphics you are consenting to be bound by the terms and conditions of these policies and procedures.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods for in-store and online shopping. Credit/Debit Cards, Cash, Paypal, and Apple Pay.
We do not accept any business checks or personal checks, no exceptions.
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any production begins, including before receiving any digital proofs.
Online Orders: Full amount payments are required at all times. CesarGraphics shall retain 50% of the total amount if the order is terminated for any reason other than failure to deliver.
Balance
Remaining balance will be due immediately after final approval in order to continue with production. Remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file provided by client. Client may pay in cash at nearest location.

Online Orders: Additional fees may incur without notice at the moment of pickup.
Termination
The client reserves the right to terminate orders at any time. If the order is terminated for any reason other than failure to deliver within the agreed time frame CesarGraphics shall retain the deposit.

Online Orders: You may cancel online orders at any time by submitting an email to judith@cesargraphics.com within 12 hours of your purchase. If the order is terminated for any reason other than failure to deliver CesarGraphics shall retain 50% of the total purchase amount.
Delays
Illness, injury, or other events beyond CesarGraphics control such as; fire, theft, computer failure, and acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length.
Portfolio
CesarGraphics reserves the right to upload, display, or showcase ALL completed and rejected projects on the company's website, social media, in-store displays, and marketing material that belongs to CesarGraphics.
Release Fee
If the client wishes to have all the editable files of any project, they will be required to pay a release fee of $275 for each file requested. The release fee must be paid in full to receive any qualifying files. Files will be delivered via email or the client may provide a USB memory.

This does not include any stock images, and fonts provided by CesarGraphics. Stock images and fonts must be purchased separately.
Copyright & Trademark
The client understands that is the client's responsibility to copyright and/or trademark any design and logos.

File Damages
CesarGraphics is not responsible for any file damages, errors, missing text, missing fonts, missing images, or unavailability to open any file once it leaves CesarGraphics systems.
Originality
CesarGraphics affirms that all designs are original and therefore own the rights granted under this agreement and that the rights granted do not conflict with any other agreement.

We take pride in originality. We do not copy, remake or plagiarize any content or designs for anyone under any circumstance. No exceptions.
Proofs
All new projects designed under CesarGraphics include up to (3) revisions. Additional revisions after the third revision are subject to additional fees of $95 per hour.
Stock Photos
Any photos acquired by CesarGraphics for inclusion in any projects remain the property of CesarGraphics and may be used in multiple/separate projects.
Performance Liability
CesarGraphics does not warrant that the functions supplied by logo designs, flyer designs, consultation or advice, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the design(s) is with the client. In no event will CesarGraphics be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out the reproduction of, or appearance of the design(s), even if CesarGraphics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
